My Diet My Workout provides fitness and nutrition guidance: calculators, a meal plan and a workout plan built from the details you give us, plus tools to track your progress.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. One account per person.

Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Provide accurate details so the planner can use the correct inputs.

Calorie targets, macro targets, and food nutrition values are estimates. Prepared dishes vary by recipe and portion. Always verify ingredients and labels for allergies or other medical needs.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break into it or other people's accounts, no scraping or reselling its content, no uploading anything unlawful, and nothing that interferes with it running for others.

Membership. Your plan is built after you choose how to pay: month by month, or one of the longer plans charged in one payment for its whole length. The price and length are shown before you pay, in Canadian dollars; your bank may convert them. The first 3 days are free, then the full price is charged to your card, and the plan renews automatically at the same length and price until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription → Manage billing: you keep your plan to the end of the period already paid, and you are not charged again. Members who joined before paid plans began keep free access.

Coach packages. Each coach sets what they are paid for a package; the price you see adds our service fee and the card cost, and is paid by card on this site. We collect the payment for your coach, hold it until your coach sends your first plan, then pay your coach the amount they set and keep the rest. Review the price and package terms before enrolling. If you paid a coach directly before card payments began, that payment is between you and your coach.

Coaches outside Canada, the US, the UK and Europe. If your coach is based in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Brazil or Gibraltar, your card payment is made to your coach as the seller, through Stripe. Your card statement shows your coach's name, address and phone number, and your bank may treat it as a purchase from that country. We still hold your coach's share until your first plan is sent, and the same refunds apply.

Before-and-after photos on a coach's page. A coach may ask to show your before-and-after photos on their page. Nothing is shown until you approve the exact photos and words in the app, and you can take them down at any time in My Coaching, which deletes them. A coach who shows a past client who is not on this site must hold that client's written permission, and must take the photos down when the client asks. Results shown are the client's own and are not verified by us.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your full card number.

Payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid is not refunded. A coach package is not refunded once your coach has sent your first plan, or because you change your mind.

You get your money back in full only when you received nothing: your coach declines your enrolment, your coach does not send your first plan within a day of the date promised, or you were charged twice by mistake.

We may change, pause or withdraw features, and the service may be unavailable at times.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Significant changes will be noted on this page with a new date.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including any outcome of following a plan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
